This role is based in the MHH Head Office currently located at Basepoint Winchester. Some travel to hubs will be required.

Full time 37.5 hours per week. Part-time applicants also considered.

- **Main purpose of role**
To provide support the Service Delivery Managers and the hub reception staff to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Enhanced Access Services of MHH.
- **Key task and responsibilities**:
- Answer general enquires and divert calls to managers as required
- Organise, manage and schedule meetings (including room bookings)
- Take detailed minutes from various management meetings as required
- Reporting for hub services
- Manage NHS referrals through eRS (Electronic Referral Services)
- Provide on-call support for hubs on a rota basis
- Provide reception cover in hubs where required
- Management of stock ordering
- Assist Managers with Planday and EMIS/SystmOne
- Manage Cytology results
- New reception staff induction

**Training**
Training requirements will be monitored by yearly appraisal and will be in accordance with MHH’s requirements.
- Personal development will be encouraged and supported by MHH. It is the individuals’ responsibility to remain up to date with recent developments.
- Maintain continued education by attendance at courses and study days as deemed useful or necessary for professional development.
- Develop and maintain a Personal Learning Plan.
- If it is necessary to expand the role to include additional responsibilities, full training will be given.

**Essential Experience/Qualifications**
- Good level of computer literacy
- Minimum 2 years Reception/Administration experience

- Experience in a healthcare setting
- Use of EMIS & SystmOne
