We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Behavioural Support Worker with an interest in working in adult learning disabilities services to join our dynamic, integrated multi-disciplinary community service.

As part of the role there will be opportunities to participate in innovative service development and quality improvement projects, including evidencing the benefit of behavioural specialist positions within the learning disability service under the supervision of our Senior Behavioural Support Practitioner and Clinical Psychologists. You will receive regular supervision and the service is committed to continuous professional development with access to internal and external training opportunities. We also have close links with a number of the local universities and as a service have participated in a number national research studies focused on supporting individuals with learning disabilities and complex behavior.

We are advertising for two full-time (1.0 WTE), permanent positions.
