**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Assist in the planning and implementation of engaging activities that promote learning and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Support children in their daily routines, including meals, playtime, and rest periods.
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to foster positive relationships and ensure a collaborative approach to childcare.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organised environment for children to explore and learn.
- Observe and record children's progress, providing feedback to senior staff as necessary.
- Manage behaviour in a positive manner, promoting respect and understanding among children.
- Drive initiatives that enhance children's social skills, creativity, and physical development.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working with children in a nursery or childcare setting is preferred.
- A qualification in Early Childhood Education or Childcare is advantageous but not essential.
- Strong communication skills in English are required to effectively interact with children and parents.
- Leadership qualities to inspire confidence in children while managing group dynamics.
- Ability to work as part of a team while also demonstrating initiative when required.
- A genuine love for working with young children and an understanding of their developmental needs.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances within the nursery environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Temporary

Pay: £26,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
