**Mortgage Broker** (Hybrid Working) - SO/PO Postcodes - Flexible

**Location**: Flexible, we have offices in SO and PO postcodes (Hybrid: Office & Remote)

**About the Role**:
Hastrec is supporting a local mortgage brokerage who are seeking a qualified and experienced Mortgage Broker to join a dynamic team. They have offices in both SO and PO postcodes with the flexibility of hybrid working arrangements. You'll receive full administrative support and work alongside a dedicated full-time Protection Adviser, allowing you to focus on what you do best.

You will benefit from strong estate agency-based leads, as well as leads generated from other sources including web, social media, referrals, and renewals. Additionally, a company laptop and business phone number will be provided to help you manage your work effectively.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work with a steady flow of high-quality leads provided through multiple channels.
- Offer exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.

**What They Are Looking For**:

- CAS and CeMAP qualifications are essential.
- Previous experience as a Mortgage Broker.
- Ideally, you have experience working within an estate agency or with estate agency leads.
- Ability to bring in some of your own leads would be an advantage, but not essential.
