**Overview**
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our restaurant, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they receive exceptional service from the moment they arrive. Your role will involve a blend of hospitality, guest services, and food preparation, all while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere that reflects our commitment to quality.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and welcome guests as they enter the restaurant, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere.
- Assist with seating arrangements and manage reservations efficiently.
- Provide menu information and answer any questions regarding food and drink options.
- Take customer orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen staff.
- Ensure that food safety standards are adhered to during food preparation and service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of meals and address any guest concerns promptly.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records as required.

**Skills**
- Strong background in hospitality with a passion for delivering excellent guest services.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is essential to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods effectively while maintaining high service standards.
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions and managing orders efficiently.
- A culinary interest or experience in food preparation will be beneficial in understanding menu items better.

Pay: £11.44-£12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 48 per week
