**Enablement Support Worker**

**Must have a full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle**

**We are looking for Passionate, Caring, Enablement Support Workers to work in the Didcot, Abingdon, Thame, Henley and Wallingford Areas**

As a Reablement Worker, you will be providing personal care, building relationships, and making a big difference to those who need it whilst gaining great job satisfaction.

**Here at All Care, we offer our Enablement Workers the following**:

- **£15.00 **per hour weekdays - **£16.00** per hour weekends.
- **Mileage is paid at 0.40p **per mile between care calls
- Enhanced rates of pay for bank holidays
- Excellent Training & ongoing professional development fully funded in Health & Social Care from Level 2 to Level 5 management.
- 28 days annual leave (pro rata)
- Full-time
- Great discounts via Blue Light Card

**Examples of the client’s needs you will be supporting as an Enablement worker**:

- Assisting clients with personal care (Washing, toileting, dressing etc.)
- Performing light housekeeping tasks.
- Observing, monitoring and record keeping.

**Shifts available for Reablement Workers**:

- 07:00am - 14:30pm
- 14:30pm - 22:00pm

**Must be available for alternate weekends**

**Type of work**: Full-Time / Permanent / Contract / Guaranteed hours / Zero Hours

Full support will be given to you in your role from the very beginning ensuring you are fully trained, competent, and confident to deliver outstanding care.
