This is your chance to work as a Trainee Accounts Administrator for a growing Property company in Manchester If you're a Graduate and dedicated person looking to get into property this job is for you

The package for the position of graduate property administrator is:

- Your day to day responsibilities will include:

- Handling general tenant and landlord queries
- Processing the opening and closing of tenancies on our systems
- Generating client statements
- Reviewing rent arrears
- Processing invoices on to client's accounts
- Overseeing transactions and deposit payments to and from tenants

We are looking for
- Graduates
- Admin Background not essential
- Presentable and great communicator
- Self starter, quick learner and highly organised
- Genuine Interest in Property
