We are a small natural paint company. We produce a premium product and offer our customers a first class service in everything we do. Our business is growing very quickly so we are looking for fast learners who are adaptable, fit, with a 'can do' attitude and a smile.

As part of a small sales team you will be responsible for processing colour card and sample pots orders generated on line and on the phone. This job involves the interface from on line orders processed through our ERP inventory to taking Stipe payments and reconciling these payments. Attention to detail is essential and it would be better if you were comfortable working in numbers.

Our paint is delivered by courier and you will be the point person for checking that deliveries have been made and dealing with delivery problems. This can be very frustrating for our customers and so you will need a calm and soothing manner in all communication with our customers and you will need to be resilient to their criticism even when it is not our fault

In addition to sales support there is also a lot of admin which needs doing, checking stock numbers, collating sales information, producing sales reports from our CRM and inventory and answering the telephone. Our office is small and very busy and the phone is always ringing. You must be able to field calls and take initiative when necessary.

We are located in a rural situation close to Pembridge. We are a small team and so you must be a team player, ready to get stuck in and happy to help out your colleagues when necessary.

Our top priority is to find someone who is enthusiastic, a quick learner and with good attention to detail. You should be unflappable with a positive disposition, good computer skills and ready to work really hard.

**Salary**: £18,000.00-£21,000.00 per year
