BHC is one of the UK’s leading Structural Steel Fabrication and Construction companies supplying and erecting fabricated steel nationwide within the UK and Ireland.

Due to continuous expansion, we are seeking a Marketing Co-Ordinator to assist in planning the Company’s marketing campaigns both internally and externally and play a key part in communicating the company’s marketing message.

Duties of the Marketing Co-Ordinator include:

- Create forms of content such as graphics, video & interactive multi-media.
- Creating marketing material and campaigns for all areas of the business.
- Create SEO/web optimised content for the three BHC websites.
- Manage BHC’s social media strategy and channels to promote BHC. Channels currently include LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram. Use of social media content tools and best practice to manage our social media content,
- Creating and developing new innovative ways to communicate the company message to their existing customers.
- Reviewing web-based software for potential contracts that meet specified criteria.
- Preparing, planning, and implementing the publication of all publicity material to maximise brand promotion.
- Build and maintain working relationships with other departments and source data for submissions and marketing purposes.
- Prepare and maintain marketing material, including presentations, organisational charts, and CV’s.
- Develop promotional campaigns for our Merchant shop.
- Arranging client visits for the Managing Director and other Senior Management personnel.
- Contacting potential clients to request our addition to their tender list for projects that are of interest.
- Support BHC’s events.
- Contact potential clients to discuss current tender offers.
- Any other tasks required to support the Business Development Managers and Other Departments.

The ability to work under pressure and have confidence in their decision
- making. Be able to demonstrate excellent problem
- solving skills, possess good inter-personal skills and strong multi-tasking ability. The successful applicant will be an excellent communicator at all levels, with a pro-active and pragmatic approach to work.

A Degree in Marketing or Business-related discipline is essential and 1 year’s experience in a similar role would be advantageous. Attention to detail is essential as is the ability to work independently.

Excellent planning, organisational, and time management skills. Experience within a construction environment would be advantageous, but not essential.
