About the Role: As a Maintenance Technician at MMS Facilities Management, you will provide basic handyman services for our clients across Midlands England. Tasks will include basic carpentry, painting, flooring, and working at heights. The role is field-based, and a company van will be supplied for work-related travel.

Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake general maintenance tasks, including carpentry, painting, flooring repairs, and minor fixes
- Work safely at heights and ensure compliance with safety standards
- Travel to client sites to complete scheduled and reactive maintenance tasks
- Maintain excellent customer service and client satisfaction
- Ensure tasks are completed to a high standard and within set timeframes
- Collaborate with the wider team and provide updates to management
Key Requirements:
- Basic experience in carpentry, painting, flooring, or similar trades (training will be provided)
- Comfortable working at heights and following safety procedures
- Good attitude, reliability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driving license (van provided for work purposes)
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Strong communication and organizational skills
