PropSource Consulting are thrilled to be working with an independent practice of Chartered Surveyors looking to grow their valuations team by recruiting a Senior Surveyor.

This opportunity will see you undertake both commercial & residential valuations, including properties within some fast-growing markets such as healthcare & education.

This role would suit an individual who has achieved MRICS and RICS Registered Valuer status and worked within a valuation team, including having a proven track record of building and developing client portfolios, with an interest in continuing down this route.

**Responsibilities will include**
- Delivering against own fee earning target, and supporting the whole team meet to outperform all KPIs and relevant performance indicators.
- Driving business development, seeking new profitable opportunities with existing or new clients, not just for the valuation team but for all areas of the business.
- Being an engaged and effective team player, supporting more senior team members on large/complex instructions.
- Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in own skills and the processes of the team.
- Working effectively with stakeholders and able to manage client relationships.

**Salary**: £33,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
