**Summary of Role**
**This role is a Hybrid role working from home and the London or Ipswich office**
**The Role**
Major Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Serving as a business partner to the Procurement and Technology teams.
- Assist in triaging incoming work from Procurement and Technology teams to Legal and assigning work to the appropriate resource.
- Serve as key counsellor to senior members of the Procurement and Technology teams.
- Work with the Lead Procurement & Technology Counsel US to create best practices and continuous improvement in the contracting process.
- Reviewing all manner of supplier agreements - from facilities services to technology licenses, software as a service agreements and professional services such as consulting.
- Supporting line of business colleagues and lawyers with supplier and technology contracting.
- Acting as a point of expertise on technology contracting for the company - with the supplier and
technology lawyers.
- Monitoring and updating supplier contract templates, playbooks and guidance notes. Providing training on these areas to legal and business colleagues....
