What does the role involve?
This is a Fixed Term Contract - 12 Months.
Reporting into the New Business Team Leader, you as the Customer Experience Executive (New Business) will provide excellent customer service, ensuring that we deliver a market leading experience for all customers, by giving them a seamless delivery of their individual needs whilst pushing for efficiency.
Attendance of the Staines office will be required for the first 3 months to ensure for robust training and to allow you to get to grips with the ethos of Novuna and how we work. Following initial training, the role will then adapt a hybrid approach with a minimum of 3 days per week in the office.
**Some of your key duties will include**:
- Input deals on to the system in a timely and efficient manner
- Provide full administrative support to customers, introducers, suppliers and colleagues
- Ensure the documentation is compliant, correct and in line with credit approval
What are we looking for?
A strong customer experience executive will embody a strong combination of customer service and analytical skills, they will put the customer at the heart of their operations. Ensuring that all work is completed in a timely manner whilst utilising their analytical skills to identify any flaws in the deal and continuously look out for ways to implement procedure improvement.
Also, we're looking for the following:
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Attention to detail and eye for accuracy
- High level of organisation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft packages
