**Job Title: SDR Team Lead**
**Salary: £37,500 Basic + up to £30,000 Commission OTE**

They are looking for their next SDR Team Lead as they grow the business even further and work towards the next exciting Series B round. Joining as the SDR Team Lead, your role will be to act as a player coach helping this company shape their SDRs into superstars and win more clients.

**This will include -**
- Helping shape the message. Define what is working? How can we build a campaign around it?
- Leading by example booking meetings and earning commission on top of your bonus for the team success
- Defining how outreach is done, using data to make informed decisions
- Coaching and training the SDRs
- Being a proactive leader and feeding back to senior management ideas, where support is needed, new ways of working

You will be going into the office in Durham four days per week as this is the best way to coach and mentor your team, collaborate and ultimately book more meetings.
