A world renowned manufacturing group is currently looking to recruit an ambitious Production Team Leader, As a Production Team Leader you will be at the forefront of manufacturing and production for a global client base worldwide. You will be an integral memberof driving several key projects at different stages of completion, you will be tasked with supervising the growth of the production team with merging onto a shift pattern, moving to a brand new factory, adhering to KPI's and generally managing the growth ofthe business as they expand further.
Role & Responsibilities:
*Supervising production operations on days to ensure timely completion of product runs to customers and assembly departments
*Maintaining OEE and production targets within manufacturing area
*Implementing 5S and lean manufacturing plans
*Motivating and leading team of up to 15 operators across the manufacturing area
*Good understanding of production and planning
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
*Must have experience in a supervisory role from a manufacturing environment
*Someone with experience in an Electronic or Medical environment would be desirable
*Automotive or High-Volume background could be advantageous
*Knowledge and experience of health and safety regulations
*Strong management skills
