**The Company**: A highly ambitious, growth orientated IFA firm who are looking to recruit an experienced IFA Administrator to their Central Leeds based team/office following an internal promotion. This is technically quite broad administrationremit to support a group of advisers with tax and trusts specialisms as well as more mainstream private wealth advice, so applicants must be comfortable processing new business within this product space.

**The Role**:To support Paraplanners and Financial Consultants with all administrative tasks. These include but are not limited to:

- Preparing new business and client review packs for client meetings
- Assisting with the production of accurate client portfolio valuations using back office Intelligent Office
- Obtaining literature and forms from providers and pre-completing basic client details
- Obtaining Anti-Money Laundering requirements and conducting electronic checks for new and existing clients
- Call leads to pre-qualify advice and book appointments with the Financial Consultants
- Prepare new business documents ensuring all paperwork completed accurately and correctly
- To record all new business and advice events accurately on the back-office system IO
- Use back-office system to schedule follow up tasks relating to business submissions
- Follow up on any outstanding fees and invoices

**Flexible Working**:Yes - Spilt between office & home working

**The Person**:Must come with IFA/wealth management industry experience and administrative knowledge and awareness across investments, pensions, protection/life cover advice as well as tax/trust work. The role would suit an experienced Administratorlooking for a 1 to 1 adviser support role with one of Yorkshire’s market leading advisory businesses.
