Industrial Services Supervisor Operative

**The Role**
We are looking to recruit experienced Supervising Mobile Operative based out of our Newport site who will be prepared to spend most of your weeks traveling the country to participate in major industrial services projects and shutdowns.
The role is full time, 40 hours per week, with regular overtime opportunities.
You will be supervising and working as part of a team carrying out various industrial cleaning tasks including high pressure water jetting, working with vacuumation vehicles, confined space working, tank cleaning, site clearance and spill response. This is a physical role involving manual handling and working outdoors as well as in confined spaces.

We offer a competitive rate of pay with time and a half for weekday and Saturday overtime and double time on Sunday and bank holidays, when working away accommodation and subsistence will be paid, a 6-monthly bonus scheme, company pension along with 20 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays and 4x salary death in service benefit.
**About You**
Experience in this industry and the role of Supervisor is a must to be successful in this role.
A driving licence is essential.

You will be working on customer sites and you need to be a good ambassador for the company ensuring the customer experience is a positive one.
