Our beautiful 74-bedded home is spread across 3 floors, and our lively team supports the vibrant community of residents to enjoy everything from music rooms and a beauty salon, to peaceful lounge and courtyard areas. **As a Unit Leadat our home, your role may involve**:
Undertaking any necessary training
Providing hands on care and support to our residents
Maintaining high standards within the care home environment
**Senior-level duties to support the Home Manager, including**: completing risk assessments, staff supervisions, appraisals, record-keeping, medication administration, person-centred care planning, audits, liaising with outside professionals, etc.

What are we looking for?

Minimum 2 years' experience as a Senior in a residential or nursing home setting

A positive outlook and warm personality

Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)

Confident in record-keeping and the use of various technologies
- essential
Experience of working with dementia
- essential
Prior experience with writing care plans and carrying out risk assessments
