**The Role**:

- Prepare the bar ready for service
- Serve all beverages in quantities as per licensing regulations and company policy
- Take payment for all drinks and ancillary items
- Ensure minimum waste and report any excess waste
- Stock up shelves and fridges
- Serve over 18’s only and if in any doubt, ask for ID.

**Salary**: £9.70-£10.50 per hour
