**Overview**

**Responsibilities**

Provide administrative support such as maintaining an organised filing system, data entry and document preparation.

Perform financial record keeping and basic accounting tasks utilising Xero, Quickbooks, Sage and Microsoft Office (particularly Excel).

Communicate effectively and professionally with team members, external agencies and our broad client base.

Organise meetings and appointments with external agencies and clients.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.

Proficiency in the use of MS Office and financial accounting software.

Excellent and proactive organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.

Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and polite approach towards team members and clients.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £13.50-£16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 34 per week

Additional pay:

- Yearly bonus

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
