A top-tier Legal 500 firm are recruiting for a Family solicitor to join their team in Reading. This firm are internationally recognised and very progressive and forward thinking. The role will see you hit the ground running as part of the family team. It will see you join a medium sized team which allows for a lot of autonomy and the opportunity to learn from one of the best lawyers in the industry. You will be responsible for generatingyour own client base and handling your own caseload (no micro-managing here), so a good acumen for business development and networking is a must. The caseload will be based around your specialism but a knowledge of divorce and cohabitation disputes, childrenand financial matters and international disputes will be particularly helpful.
To be successful, you will:
- Have experience working with high net worth clients.
- Have a proven record of business development.
- Have excellent communication skills and prize client care as your utmost priority.
