**What you will be doing**
You will join an inclusive, supportive team that works well together to provide care to people with learning disabilities. Whether you have extensive experience as a Healthcare Assistant, or currently a Senior Care Worker, you will use your knowledge andskills to help support people lead a valued and fulfilled life. Ideally you will hold NVQ Level in health and social care.
It can be quite a challenging environment at times, so a positive attitude, compassion, resilience and vigilance are important. But it is hugely rewarding to see people improve; thanks to you being able to do something today that they couldn't do last week.
You will have access to the Elysium Wellbeing team, which is on hand to keep you feeling great; be it a chat, massage or group activities. Who doesn't like a free massage at work?

The shift patterns include working weekends, 7.5 hours a day, 4-5 days a week between the hours of 7:00am and 10:00pm.**Where you will be working**
**Location**: School House, School Walk, Sunbury-on-Thames, Surrey TW16 6RB
You will be working at School House, a service which provides support for people who may be living with moderate learning disabilities with associated health needs, autism and behaviours.
Working alongside a multidisciplinary team, you will offer support to people as part of their care pathway. Whether it is moving from their community placement or a family home because they require more structured care and support.
