Kitchen and Bathroom Showroom Manager

**Jewson Aberdeen - Kitchen and Bathroom Showroom Manager. Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm and every second Saturday morning 8am to 12 noon.**

**Requirements**:
As Showroom Manager you will be driven by high levels of customer satisfaction. You will work closely with Customers to understand their kitchen and bathroom projects and offer them expert advice. You will provide them with detailed designs and costingsand guide them through the planning, sales and supply process.

In addition to your passion for customer service, you'll be commercially astute and look to increase customer footfall into the branch by raising awareness of our services. You will be sales focused and proactive in your desire to develop future sales byidentifying and exploring new opportunities in the region - new construction and development projects in the region etc.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Day to day management of the Showroom and a Design Consultant
- Assist and advise customers on their kitchen and bathroom projects
- Produce plans and designs using Computer Aided Design (CAD) package
- Sales generation - work proactively to identify and explore sales leads. Reaching out and engaging with previous customers, looking at construction developments in the region etc.
- Continuously enhancing the customer experience by offering high levels of service
- Ensure health and safety policies are always adhered to.

**Skills and experience we would like to see in your background include;**
- Previous experience of working in a Kitchen or Bathroom industry (retail, design, installations etc.)
- The ability to convert enquires and leads into sales
- A strong customer and sales focused attitude
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Flexible and enthusiastic attitude
- Able to create and maintain successful relationships
- Good IT Skills - Computer Aided Design (CAD) knowledge would be beneficial
