This role is based on a rotational programme allowing you to understand the ins and outs of the company, with rotations in servicing, underwriting, finance and compliance.

**Key Requirements**
- Have completed an honours degree in a finance, accounting, business or management related discipline (other degrees will be considered).
- Minimum of grade 4/C GCSE (or equivalent), ideally higher in English Language and Maths.
- Three A-levels/Five Highers (or equivalent).
- Ability to demonstrate excellent skills in MS Excel, or willingness to learn, including advanced functions, macros and pivot tables.
- Previous internship or work experience with a financial organisation is desirable but not required.
- Have good attention to detail and be comfortable working in a team.
- Have exceptional communication skills and be able to build relationships with people at various levels within an organisation.
- Be adaptable and flexible, with a strong willingness to learn new skills in new departments.
- Self-starter with a ‘Can do’ attitude. Pragmatic, flexible and solutions orientated with a dedication to maintain the highest standards.
- Be open, honest, reliable and with integrity.

**Core Responsibilities**
- This role reports to COO but has significant exposure to the CEO and other departmental management.
- Manage and organise assigned daily team tasks alongside any other external projects.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with colleagues and clients.
- Assist with Ad-Hoc queries.
