**Job Purpose**

This is an exciting opportunity for the successful applicant to make a significant impact on the operation of Greene King's support functions, bringing your depth of Application skills and knowledge to the team.
We are looking for a passionate and driven individual who can participate and enhance, through their skills, this close-knit team, driving the culture of customer experience and root cause eradication in everything they do. This role is particularly suitedto someone who enjoys handling multiple priorities at any given time, with the breadth of knowledge to drive technical improvements alongside the tenacity to undertake day to day support activities.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Deliver on agreed incident SLA's and ensure all the support issues are fully understood, managed and resolved.
- Work closely with internal teams and 3rd party suppliers to improve system performance, reliability and usability.
- Help manage 3rd party suppliers, supplier reviews and continuous improvement programmes.
- Be SME on important and strategic projects and systems using this to enhance support of BAU processes.
- Help identify opportunities to drive value and improve the performance of the existing and future software base.
- Work collaboratively in the team and across IT support teams.

**About You**
- Excellent communication skills, combined with a high degree of enthusiasm, drive and commitment.
- Taking part in Out of Hours rota.
- Ability to engage and prioritise work to ensure SLAs are met in agreed timescales.
- Have a personal drive to stay ahead of the market by researching and understanding.
- Strong interest in technology overall.

**Required Skills**:

- ServiceNow and other CRM software
- SQL
- Basic coding
- Windows OS Environments
- Log analysis
- Building and using testing plans

**Preferred skills**
- Oracle PeopleTools
- iSeries inc. IBM OS
