Jones Engineering are a well-established family run Agricultural Machinery Manufacturer based near Epworth, Doncaster and have an opportunity for an apprentice to complement our growing team.

To help run a very busy Stores department

Knowledge of the Agricultural Industry would be an advantage

**Responsibilities and Duties**:
Working along side the Stores Team helping with the day-to-day operations of the Stores department.

Picking equipment ready for assembly.

Setup and administer client records using our Orderwise database management system.

Produce installation paperwork, order parts.

Manage the parts stores including taking deliveries, unpacking organising equipment and arranging returns with manufacturers.

Take deliveries and ensure the stores are kept tidy and organised.

General administration.

**Qualifications Required**:
Minimum GCSE's (or equivalent) Maths C (grade 4), English C (grade 4) and ICT C (grade 4).

Training will be provided internally.

Forklift Licence would be an advantage however not a must.

**Person Specification**:
A natural forward planner who is business like and self driven with a clear focus on high quality work standards and business profitability. Mature, credible, and comfortable working in a medium sized business.

Willingness to learn, strong work ethic and a positive can-do attitude.

Good analytical skills, methodical, flexible and thorough.

Excellent telephone manner and face to face communication skills.

Ability to work under pressure and to agreed time scales.

All applicants must be eligible to work in the UK.

40 hours per week.

Overtime as and when required
