**CLC Group Ltd** is an established Property and Asset Maintenance Company with branches nationwide. We are currently seeking to employ several **Labourers **for refurbishment and Void contracts in the East Anglia, located at the **Brandon, Suffolk Branch**

The successful applicants will be reliable, diplomatic and pro-active with good all-round knowledge and experience in the general building trades.

Applicants must be experienced in maintenance based works and taking instruction from site teams

**Aptitude, skills & abilities**

- Ability to diagnose/problem solve

**Personal attributes**

- Reliable

All site workers will be required to undergo an Enhanced DBS check.

A Full UK driving license is essential

**Job Type**: Full-time, Permanent

**Hours**: You will work 39 hours each week, Monday to Friday. Rate will be circa **£13.50** dependant on skills
