GoodPeople are recruiting General Labourers for a long-term position on behalf of a market leading construction contractor who specialise in partition systems, ceilings and bespoke solutions.

This role will be based on a busy a construction site in the London Borough of Southwark, South East London.

The duties of the General Labourer are all geared toward maintaining a clean, safe and efficient construction site while also supporting the overall project.

The list of duties and responsibilities for a labourer on any given day may include the following:

- Cleaning and preparing construction sites
- Loading and unloading materials and equipment
- Following instructions from supervisors and implementing construction plans
- Assisting skilled tradespeople in their duties

Key Skills
- Ability to lift heavy materials and objects
- Ability to follow instructions
- Commitment to health and safety.

**Essential Qualifications**
- CSCS CARD
- Be a Southwark resident
- Eligibility to work in the UK

**Salary**: £12.00-£14.00 per hour
