Bread Addiction in Southsea is looking for Part time/Full time Bakery Assistant ideally with knowledge of kitchen environment. The ideal person should be capable to work independently, keeping their section organised and food safe and able to plan and manage stock.

You would be involved in day to day duties such as a Daily pastry preparation ( preparation of different fillings, Cakes, pastries etc.) and bread production. Assisting with baking bread and pastries as well as cleaning duties.

Early Hours and weekends Required

Tasks and responsibilities
- Preparing pastry to the standards as defined by the Head pastry chef
- Maintaining the property and equipment in a clean and well-ordered manner.
- Ensuring a safe environment for both staff and customers adhering to the company’s Health and Safety policy and procedures.
- Ensuring that the appropriate stock levels are maintained communicating any matters to the Head Pastry Chef
- Continually pushing to improve you knowledge and skills.
- Good organizational skills and ability to multi-task
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to cope in a fast pace environment
- Good team player and an enthusiastic individual
- Have a passion for delivering the highest levels of service consistently
- Be friendly and approachable; you will go the extra mile for our customers

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.21 per hour
