You will be part of the Go-To-Market (GTM) team who are currently a group of 8 marketers and creatives who power the growth of the European and Asia-Pacific business. As the Senior Manager, SEO, you will manage the growth and performance of the organic channels. The ideal SEO Manager will be someone who has worked on complex global sites that span across multiple countries and languages. SEO is an essential pillar of theclient’s future growth and as the first dedicated SEO hire in their international team, you will help realise this vision.**Duties**: - Take ownership of our International SEO strategy and execution (both on-site and off-site): you will drive our content and link building efforts across our priority markets and languages but will partner with the North American Marketing team on our technicalSEO approach - Develop a data-backed, scalable, and creative SEO content strategy to capture customer demand throughout the user journey - Accelerate our current link building activity, enhance it with new tactics, and scale it out to additional markets - Build a test-and-learn roadmap to validate your hypotheses and unlock further performance improvements - Measure SEO performance and communicate results across the business - Manage content and link building agencies/freelancers to ensure we are scaling our activity to create maximum impact across the business - Partner with the Business Management team to work on regional SEO strategies and opportunities - Champion SEO across the International business, educating colleagues, and encouraging others to think "SEO first" on their projects - Contribute to the global SEO squad and work with colleagues in the Owned Channels, Content Marketing, Marketing Product, and Engineering teams to coordinate on important SEO challenges and priorities **Key Skills**: - 5-10 years’ experience working in an SEO agency or as an in-house SEO where you were responsible for the SEO strategy for complex, multi-geo-and-lingual sites - You have expertise in content and link building at scale, familiarity and experience with technical SEO is also a big plus - Experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Stat, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, or SEMRush - You invest time staying on top of the latest SEO trends, technologies, and practices - English language skills are a must, the ability to compose and communicate in another language is a plus
