Warehouse Manager - £40,000

Earls Barton, Northampton

We're looking for an experienced warehouse manager, on behalf of our client based in Earls Barton, Northampton. Reporting to the MD, you'll be responsible for the storage and distribution of products.

You'll oversee a small team of 2, which consists of a Warehouse Operative and a Supervisor. This is a fast-paced environment, where change is a constant.

As Warehouse Manager your daily duties will include:

- Goods in - sometimes up to 9 containers a day.
- Stock Management & allocation
- Quality Control of products coming in
- Ensure the right products are picked for dispatch
- Goods out
- Lead, coach and develop your team

We're looking for someone with excellent attention to detail and you must be able to work well under pressure.

Skills and experience:

- previous warehouse management/supervisory experience
- Counterbalance licence
- Strong leadership skills
