**JOB TITLE Junior Administrator**
**Based at BDN - Tattenhall, Cheshire**
REPORTING STRUCTURE
The job holder reports to the Senior HR Administrator.
The role will be based on Reception with responsibility for the day-to-day administration for the site. This will include support for the HR function.
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
To support the business with the day-to-day administration of the site.
- Answering and transferring calls on site.
- Answering the door and taking deliveries.
- Purchasing any requirements for the site - any supplies needed by the office and the factory.
- Supporting with invoices for the site.
- Raising purchase orders and keeping PO log up to date.
- Credit card purchases and tracking of receipts.
- Filing and scanning all appropriate documentation.
**HR SUPPORT RESPONSIBILITIES**
To assist the Senior HR Administrator in providing a comprehensive HR administration service.
- To act as a point of contact for employees to the Human Resources team.
- Filing, issuing of employee packs to new starters.
- To provide an effective Human Resources administration service relating to the employment lifecycle.
- To co-ordinate HR recruitment as required
- To collate clock cards and timesheets ready for payroll - both employees and agencies.
**Other Duties**
- Any other duties appropriate to the role, as may be requested from time to time.
**LOCATION**
This position is based at Beechdean North, Tattenhall, Cheshire. However, occasional planned travel to other Beechdean sites may be requested in order to carry out the duties of the role.
**HOURS OF WORK**
30 hours per week, Monday to Friday - hours to be confirmed. Unpaid 30-minute lunch break.
**SALARY**:
£20,000
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £18,000.00-£20,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 30 per week
