This role will involve supporting our office operations, assisting with audits, invoicing, and driving our digital transformation efforts.

**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual for a part-time Administrative Support role at Glevum Security. You will assist with auditing, invoicing, and facilitating the digital transformation of our business. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organisation, is comfortable with technology, and can contribute to modernising our office systems.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Auditing**: Assist with internal audits to ensure all company records, such as service reports, contracts, and financial documents, are accurate and compliant with regulations.
- **Invoicing**: Support the invoicing process by generating accurate invoices, tracking payments, and maintaining up-to-date financial records.
- **Digital Transformation**: Help Glevum Security transition to a more digital operation by scanning paper documents and converting them into digital formats, storing them securely in cloud systems.
- **Document Management**: Digitise paper-based documents, including contracts and reports, and organise them for easy access and retrieval.
- **Process Improvement**: Collaborate with the team to identify areas for process improvement and contribute to the development of more efficient digital workflows.

**Requirements**:

- Previous administrative experience, ideally in a security or similar industry, is desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to organise and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Comfortable using digital tools and a willingness to learn new software and systems.
- Experience with auditing and invoicing is an advantage but not essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with digital document management systems.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time capacity.
- A proactive attitude with a focus on helping the company improve its digital processes.
