Tadley Court School is set in a beautiful semi rural location with four acres of well maintained grounds. We are a day school with six associated Children's Homes specialising in the education and care of children and young people between the age of 4 and 19 years who are diagnosed as being on the autistic spectrum with associated learning difficulties. Our children and young people may also exhibit challenging behaviour as a result of their communication difficulties and lack of social understanding

We will give you all the training and support you need to progress. At Tadley Court School we currently have 6 staff who are on paid teacher training apprenticeships.

**Resilience **- We support some of the most vulnerable children in society who have varying degrees of emotional behavioural difficulties, autism, ADHD and associated difficulties so there will be times where your resilience is challenged.

**Communication **- Communicating with our young people is vital to understand their needs. Good teamwork and communication plays a key part in ensuring important information is relayed to other staff.

**Organisation **- Strong organisational skills are important to support the class teacher and young people with educational activities
