Female Support Staff

**We are currently recruiting support staff to work with Rebecca, a lady living in the Wishaw area of North Lanarkshire.**
**Rebecca is looking for 2 team members who can support her part time. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced support worker who ideally has experience of autism and mental health.**
“I am Rebecca, I'm a funny person I have a great sense of humor. I am very artistic and I love nice clothes and make-up.
I am polite and confident around people who know me well, I do like to have my own space too. I am grateful for my friends and family and always make time for others.
I am a social person and like to be out and about in the community.”

- Someone who is gentle, kind and caring and can ask me how I am feeling.
- Someone who will include me in what is happening and encourage me to take part in things, increasing my independence
- Someone calmly confident in a stressful situation as I can pick up on the moods of people around me and this can make me anxious.
- Someone who doesn’t ask too many questions and can keep sentences short and simple.
- Someone who likes a good laugh and a little carry on.
- Someone who can respect me and give me space when I ask for it.
Shifts are on a 2 week rota as follows.....
**Week 1**:
- Monday & Tues - both 9.30-2.30pm
**Week 2**:
- Sat & Sunday - both 10-4pm
There will be the opportunity to do overtime during team holiday times.
