- **You’ll need a UK driver’s licence, be over 18, and have access to a vehicle.**:

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in client participation in day centre activities, ensuring their safety and understanding adaptiveness of participation needs
- Ensure care is provided following Radfield’s policies and procedures, while carrying out tasks assigned by the Care Manager.
- Report to the office immediately any events or situations that may pose a risk to our clients, their relatives or staff members. For example a faulty piece of equipment or broken step in a client's home
- Meeting the personal care needs of our clients in a way that respects their dignity and promotes independence. The nature of care we expect you to provide is similar to that which would reasonably be given by members of the client’s own family and will not involve tasks that a trained nurse would normally provide.
- Take part in the on-call rota, offering assistance to clients and carers, and reporting any concerns to the manager promptly.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: £13.00-£14.00 per hour
