We are seeking a warm, welcoming host to greet guests and owners, check passes, and guide them through their check-in experience. If you love creating memorable first impressions and enjoy a vibrant, guest-focused role, this is the perfect opportunity for you

**Key Responsibilities**
- Welcome guests and owners warmly upon arrival, assisting with check-in and making a great first impression.
- Verify passes, answer questions, and offer helpful information on park amenities, events, and activities.
- Act as an on-site information guide, helping guests get acquainted with the park and plan their stay.
- Handle any initial queries or issues, ensuring our guests and owners feel valued and cared for.
- Collaborate with other teams to create a smooth, welcoming environment from arrival to departure.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is beneficial but not essential.
- Friendly, approachable, and confident in interacting with guests of all ages.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for providing excellent service.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and peak times.
- A team player who can adapt to a dynamic environment with ease.
