Our major Insurance Broking client has a new opportunity for a Team Manager to lead a team of experienced professionals ensuring renewal of Commercial clients' accounts.

As well as managing the high levels of service your clients receive, you will look to transform their service delivery while maintaining excellent retention levels.

**As Insurance Manager you will be accountable for**:

- Maintaining service delivery to the standards they expect alongside a good understanding of all aspects of each client.
- Ensuring your team produces renewal documentation including invitation and renewal schedules in a timely manner whilst maintaining accuracy.
- Supporting your team to deal with coverage queries from clients and ensuring that contract certainty is achieved.
- Monthly meetings with all members of your team, documenting key actions and progress against objectives.
- Attainment of revenue targets and deadlines.
- Monthly forecasting for the team.
- Actively participating and leading monthly Executive Team meetings.

**To be a successful Insurance Manager you will demonstrate**:

- Experience of motivating and developing a high performing team.
- Strong Commercial Insurance background with technical knowledge across the main classes of business.
- Successful take opportunities to improve customer satisfaction, operational efficiencies and KPIs.
- Ability to lead your team to strict targets and deadlines.
- The communication skills to influence effectively at a Senior level.
- Ability to prioritise workload both own and teams.
- Proactively support colleagues in all times of change and resolve challenges.
- Commitment to excellence relative to provision of client service.
