We work with Blue-Chip national retailers supporting their IT & Network installations within their New Sites, Refits, and in rollout of new solutions. We are looking for a Project Administrator to join our team. Learning on the job, with lots of support and training provided.

A great opportunity for someone who wishes to progress towards a career in Project or Account Management
- Day-to-day liaising with project managers to support with a wide variety of tasks
- Scheduling engineering resources
- Maintaining and creating documents to support projects
- Ordering and allocation of materials
- Reviewing and compiling of engineer completion sign-offs
- Involved with briefing and tracking the output and/or performance of external agencies, freelancers and suppliers involved in each project
- General administrative duties

- Keen interest to progress your career in our world
- Sharp attention to detail and ability to work at pace
- Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously and remain calm under pressure
- Confident individual with excellent interpersonal, organisational, and written skills
- Enjoy working collaboratively and on own initiative
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Competent in working remotely if/when required
- Experience in Construction, IT, or Project Administration would be advantageous
- Excellent MS Office skills, with high level of efficiency using Excel
- Driving Licence would be beneficial as, in time, visiting customer sites to attend project and site meetings, and site surveys will be possible as you progress your career in Project Management.

Our clients are great fun to work with, but have VERY high standards, as do we. This role is not for the faint hearted However, through working hard you will develop new skills, achieve success and have the opportunity to progress within the company.

Full time Role. Typically Monday to Friday. Based out of our Office in Wigan. Flexibility required in terms of hours and location depending on the projects and deployments in flight at that time.

Expected start date: ASAP

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£29,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- UK Driving Licence (preferred)

Work authorisation:

- United Kingdom (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (preferred)
