They have a client base of over 10,000 startups, guiding, educating and empowering these businesses to grow. They are currentlylooking for an accomplished Finance Director to help take the company to the next level, whilst maintaining and growing their own growth expectations.

**Job Duties**
- Is responsible for all the finance and regulatory reporting requirements of the business
- Plan, implement and manage the overall financial strategy
- Plan and manage all audit and internal control operations
- Have a strong understanding of fiscal policy and investment regulations
- Assessing, managing, and minimizing risk
- Builds and manages monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts

**Job Requirements**
- Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) or Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA)
- Strong knowledge of all accounting, financial and business principles as this position is critical to our business success
- Knowledge of analysis and financial software
