**We have full time, part time and relief vacancies in our residential services at our Upper Springland Campus near the centre of Perth (PH2 7HQ).**

**We have nightshift only posts 9.15pm-8.15am. Working on a 2 week rolling rota so you always know your shifts WK1 - 2 nightshifts / WK2 - 5 nightshifts - alternate weekend working. We are open to discussions about part time hours.**

**New to care?**

If you have strong caring values; you are kind, inclusive, open, honest, aspirational and creative - you don’t need experience. We will invest in you so you can bring out the best in the people we support. Whilst experience is desirable, you will receive in-depth training, specific to the individuals who you will be caring for. We also offer paid SVQs and numerous pathways for career progression. Most of our Senior Management team have worked in all roles, meaning they are present in the services and understand how things are, particularly in these challenging times.

**What is a Support Worker?**

We support people with a variety of complex disabilities to live independently in our bright, spacious, purpose-built setting, with idyllic grounds and amazing facilities such as a hydrotherapy pool, rebound therapy an accessible gym. It is an exciting time to join and help us shape our big plans for our brand new facilities, which are coming soon.

You will be supporting our customers on either 1-1 or group care; your day will include helping them with their personal care, dressing, medication, mealtimes and participating in their chosen activities for that day.

- A generous salary of £22,164 - £22,734 FTE / £10.90ph - £11.18ph (dependent on qualifications & length of service)
