**Based in Ruislip**

**Key Responsibilities: -**
- Supporting sales manages to manage the performance of the team.
- Take minutes from various meetings and update to the Managers.
- Assisting managers to conduct sales meetings.
- Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information.
- Work closely with other departments to support sales team.
- Creating and reviewing sales reports
- Managing and updating sales presentation materials including brochures, sales decks, and posters
- Supporting managers to Monitor the team’s progress
- Keeping customers updated with relevant product information.
- Ensure adherence to laws and policies.

**Skills & Qualifications: -**
- In-depth knowledge of sales and marketing techniques
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- Great interpersonal skills
- Well-organised
- Experience within problem solving
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Computer literacy and working knowledge of relevant software tools (MS Office)
- Strong persuasion skills
- Attention to detail
- A team player with high level of dedication
- BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field; certification in sales or marketing will be an asset.
