**The job**
As a Regional IT Support Technician, you’ll join our IT department who are responsible for the provision of IT services and support of 18 offices across the UK. You will be part of a team of 6 IT Support Technicians supporting our internal customers of over600 users across the UK.
- Logging and managing issues and requests through the IT ticketing system
- Be part of the Service Desk evaluating the priority of the IT tickets and assigning these to the appropriate member within IT department
- Installing and configuring existing user equipment including mobiles and network infrastructure
- Contributing/Creating and updating IT documentation
- Liaising with third party suppliers when needed
**What we’re looking for**:

- Experience of working effectively in an IT team
- Strong IT skills, able to use MS office software to a high standard.
- Good communication skills
- Demonstrable experience of proactively delivering projects and ongoing tasks
