**Responsibilities**:

- Perform Stick welding and other welding processes to fabricate metal components.
- Assemble and fit parts according to specifications and engineering drawings.
- Use hand tools and power tools effectively to complete tasks efficiently.
- Conduct inspections of completed welds to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and deadlines.
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the welding process and make necessary adjustments.

**Skills**:

- Proficient in Stick welding techniques and other welding methods.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand technical drawings.
- Basic maths skills for measurements and calculations related to fabrication.
- Experience using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Ability to fabricate components from sheet metal with precision.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
