**Responsibilities and Duties**:
- Co-ordinating tradesmen and maintenance men on refurbishment projects
- Conducting viewings of properties
- Performing maintenance checks on recently vacated properties, and assessing and maintenance or decorative work required.
- Ensuring properties meet the necessary standard to achieve projected market value. Inspecting tenanted properties for any maintenance required.
- Calculating estimated material and labour costs of any proposed refurbishment/ maintenance.
- Sourcing materials, furniture, decoration for refurbishment projects
- Self motivated and energetic
- Strong timekeeping skills, and ability to stick to a schedule
- Sociable, with great people skills
- IT literate
- Full UK driving licence
