&T Heating is a leading gas compliance company in the Southeast that services in the region of 170,000 properties across London and the Southeast, providing pivotal services for local authorities and social housing association residents. With the expansion of our business, we have exciting opportunities to join our Out of Hours Team at our new Dartford office, offering competitive rates of pay with additional company benefits.

We are looking for part time employees to work a 3 on 3 off shift pattern. The weekly working hours will be 15 to 20 hours a week, covering the hours of 5pm to 10pm Monday to Friday and 5hour shifts between the hours of 8am and 10pm Saturday and Sundays.

The role of our Out of Hours Call Centre Agent is to act as the main point of customer contact for servicing and responsive maintenance during out of hours periods. You will answer inbound calls from our customers and engineers, in relation to the repairs and servicing on our contracts, ensuring that our internal system is updated accordingly. The role also involves daily administration, therefore a knowledge of windows software, especially outlook, is a must.

You will have good communication skills and be able to communicate with a range of people, at different levels. Previous experience of working in a busy call centre is essential, along with excellent customer service skills. Working knowledge in the gas industry is not essential but would be desirable.
