**Customer (Options) Coordinator**
**5-month Temporary role**
**£11.50 per hour**
**Birchwood**
**08.30 - 16.45 Monday to Thursday and 08.30 - 16.15 on Fridays**
We are partnering with a well renowned organisation within the Construction Industry to support them with a busy Options Coordinator role, the opportunity would suit a strong administrator who has fantastic computer skills.
The role will be for 5 months where there could be an opportunity to go permanent.
The duties:
- Manage customer options offering within Business Unit
- Liaise with local suppliers and contractors to ensure customer options are fitted correctly
- Work with Commercial department to calculate labour costs and margin
- Input to and maintain Options Online system within Business Unit
- Work with Sales Executives to effectively manage customer options timeframes
- Liaise with head office personnel for national guidance and updates
- Training and support of the sales team
