Housekeeping Assistant

**HOUSEKEEPING ASSISTANT - The Glengower, Aberystwyth, SY23 2DH**

**Employment: Part-time - Mornings Only - will include weekends**

**Salary: Up to £9.50 per hour plus tips and company benefits**

**The Glengower **is a lively and popular pub with 16 en-suite rooms situated on the stunning seafront in Aberystwyth.

It is part ofthe **Stange & Co **pub group. Stange & Co are an expanding family company that puts its teams first. We realise it’s our teams and their hard work that make our pubs as successful as they are. The Glen has recently reopened after undergoing a refurbishment and upgrade and we are now looking for a part time, reliable housekeeping assistant to join the team.

**What we’re looking for**:
An enthusiastic and hard-working housekeeper with high standards and good attention to detail who is willing to muck in with the rest of our small and friendly housekeeping team to get the job done.

Previous experience of working in a similar position is very much preferred as we know you’ll have the attitude and work ethos we’re looking for - a housekeeper who shares our exceptionally high standard of cleanliness and tidiness

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensuring all guest bedrooms and other allocated areas are cleaned and maintained to a high standard every day.
- Responsible for routine and periodic cleaning.
- Reporting wear and tear.
- Ensuring all areas are presented to the high standard required.
