Full time/ Part Time

Hybrid: 2 days office based (Richmond, SW London)

**About the role**

We’re looking for a designer to support the team across the full function, from CRM design through to social and supporting sales with collateral. This role will work closely with the Senior brand manager, head of CRM and digital marketing manager to support campaign execution and will ensure a consistent visual identity across all touch points.

The marketing team at Gumtree have a broad responsibility, driving forward our consumer business through active user growth whilst also supporting revenue growth through b2B and trade media channels.

**What you will be doing**
- Working collaboratively with our head of CRM, design templates to support breadth of CRM campaigns (consumer and B2B)
- Design print assets to support trade advertising
- Design merchandise & stickers - for client management and employee engagement
- Design collateral for the sales team, packaging up our audience insight, research and products
- Coordinate the production of photo and video content with external providers
- Create engaging and multi-media (moving image and static) content for social
- Overseeing content calendar and ensure that content is up to date during weekly meeting with the wider marketing team
- Review the lifestyle hub content and identify opportunities for article update

**What sort of person we need**
- Proven design experience
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop).
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
- An understanding of the latest trends and their role within a commercial environment.
- Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (e.g. WordPress)
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
