We are seeking a skilled Courier Driver to join our dynamic team at DM Courier & Transport Ltd. Based in the north east, you will play a vital role in ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining high standards of service. Your contributions will directly impact our mission to provide top-notch courier services.

**Responsibilities**
- Safely operate a delivery van to transport goods to various locations.
- Ensure timely delivery of packages while adhering to traffic regulations.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding delivery schedules and updates.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance.
- Assist with loading and unloading packages, including heavy lifting as required.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and any issues encountered during transit.

**Requirements**:

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience as a van driver or in a similar delivery role.
- Strong communication skills for effective customer interaction.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and manage physical demands of the job.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations is a plus.

Pay: £95.00-£150.00 per day

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Work Location: On the road
